Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship exclusively within the Republic of Cyprus. We do not ship to “Northern Cyprus” or internationally.
2. Shipping Methods
Store Pickup – FREE
- Collect your order directly from our store
- Available Tuesday to Saturday
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
BoxNOW Parcel Lockers – €2.00
- Convenient 24/7 pickup from BoxNOW parcel lockers across Cyprus
- You will receive an SMS with pickup instructions and access code
- No need to worry about being home for delivery
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on working days
- Please note that weekends and public holidays may extend processing time
- We ship Tuesday through Saturday
4. Delivery Time
- Typical delivery time is 2 working days after dispatch
- BoxNOW deliveries: 1-2 working days to your selected locker
- Store pickup: Available immediately after processing notification
5. Order Requirements
- Minimum order value: €15.00
- We do not ship to PO boxes – only BoxNOW locations and store pickup
- Please ensure your contact information is correct for delivery notifications
6. Shipping Days
We process and ship orders Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
7. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
8. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Original packaging intact
- Tags attached and unremoved
- No signs of use or wear
- Items must be clean and undamaged
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Cosmetics (soaps, perfumes)
- Natural sea sponges
- Any personal care products

11. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility: You pay for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- project kypros. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
12. Exchanges
- Size exchanges available for clothing items
- Contact [email protected] to arrange exchange
- Customer pays shipping for both return and new item delivery
- Same return conditions apply (original packaging, tags attached, etc.)
13. Refund Processing
Refund Timeline:
- Up to 7 working days after we receive your returned items
- Items will be inspected upon arrival
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method: 3-7 working days processing
- Store credit: Immediate processing (recommended for faster service)
Important Notes:
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Only the item cost will be refunded
- Store credit can be used for future purchases with no expiration date
14. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
- No return shipping cost for genuinely damaged/defective items
